About HAPPIER London.

We were started in December 2023 by Johnathon Martin, a long-standing yoga and transformation coach, with the aim of helping us all, those of us in London and others around the world, to live more mindful, meaningful and happier lives.

​

Prior to starting HAPPIER London and following 3 decades of practice and study of yoga, mindfulness and mindset, Johnathon had been mentoring a small bunch of teenagers in a college in NW London for nearly 2 years as a volunteer on behalf of The Promise Foundation Charity.

​

Over that time Johnathon, the mentees, and the college co-ordinator all saw great value in the 'Exam Preparation and Stress Management Course' that had come together over the first year and further developed over the second year. 

 

Whilst our all of our courses are 100% online the student's course is also delivered in-person in schools, colleges and universities around London.  

 

Our courses basically share the same material just the 'Self-awareness and Authentic Happiness Course' is for adults with the same content re-packaged for teenagers.

As our name suggests ultimately we're about promoting happiness. Authentic happiness not clown or pleasure happiness. Just saying :)

​

In addition to being a yoga, mindfulness and happiness coach, Johnathon has also co-raised 2 children, travelled a far amount and enjoyed a successful career in sales and design.

Johnathon Martin

'Johnathon has been mentoring for us for the last few years. 

​

He is one of the most amazing mentors we have ever had.

 

His sessions are always planned to the smallest detail. At the heart of his sessions is self-awareness, empowerment and freedom of choice. The NCC students in his mentoring programme always look forward to his sessions.

​

More recently Johnathon has gone from being a volunteer to running exam preparation and stress management sessions with our current Y11 cohort. In these sessions, he shares tools and techniques to help students overcome fear, anxiety and exam stress. The sessions help students to better connect and relate to themselves.

​

Johnathon’s sessions are always well attended and very popular amongst the mentees who are benefiting greatly. 

 

This is a breakdown of what a session with Johanthon looks like:

1. Mindfulness and YOGA based physical exercise

2. Sharing gratitude and learning to express themselves in front of their peers

3. Kindness, personal empowerment and choice
